Bought new external filter CF-50

I bought a new external filter for turtle tank.

The model name is CF-50 by philgreen co.

It is the largest model by the company.

The motor of the filter need 50W 

and it can pump out 2340L/H of water.

It has a large space that can put in approximately 16L of filter media.

This is suitable to keep the turtle tank clean.

That is why I chose CF-50

But still, sump tank is better.

Pipes, hoses, surface skimmer are included.

I don't use surface skimmer because turtle food can be sucked into

the skimmer. Even though if someone wants to use it,

just make sure turn off CF-50 and feed your turtles.

Water hose is thicker than any other external filter.

install the rubber ring to prevent water leakage.

Connect the water hose to the hose tap and then finally to the body.

Put water into the filter.

I can see a powerful water flow well.

 Merits
1. can put many amounts of filter media 
2. air emission pump button(quick & easy to start)
3. powerful motor, strong water flow
4. quiet motor sound

demerits
1. hard to open powerhead
2. no grip > hard to moving it
3. ㄱ pipe joint is loose

If  Philgreen co. fix those demerits, 
I dare say that CF-50 will be perfect
